We Can Help

Fiscal Agent Program

The Foundation can manage donations on behalf of district schools and clubs through the Fiscal Agent program. When funds come in, they are earmarked for the affiliated school or club.

Which means:

  • clubs can focus on fundraising without the burden of administrative processes.
  • schools reduce the risk of error and safeguard liability.
  • funds raised are subject to higher Return on Investment potential through investments.

The Foundation earns a 5% administrative fee on all managed funds. In exchange, the Foundation also provides:

  • financial reports.
  • gift acknowledgement services.
  • vendor payments.
  • no-fee electronic donation processing.

To partner with the Foundation while also benefiting the club or organization you are most passionate about, reach out to Karen Swanson at

Alumni Info & Reunions

Reunions & Planning

Class reunions are an opportunity to reconnect and reminisce with your former peers. But planning a successful reunion can be a huge undertaking, especially when it comes to notifying all your classmates.

The Foundation can help! If your graduating class has an upcoming reunion, please contact Karen Swanson at (319) 558-2400 or by emailing kswanson@crschools.us.

Handling it on your own? No problem! Check out our Class Reunion Planning Guide for tips.

Alumni & Staff Directories

Are you hoping to connect with a former classmate? While the Foundation never gives out personal contact information without permission, we may be able to help facilitate communication. Reach out with more information about your request at kswanson@crschools.us.

Due to Iowa privacy laws, all requests for former/current teacher information is handled through the District Human Resources department. You may contact them at (319) 558-2000.
