School Project Grants

Each Spring, any District school can apply for a School Project Grant. These grants are the largest grants given by the Foundation – for necessary, but unbudgeted, capital expenditures. This program is a partnership with the John & Lawrence Giacoletto Foundation. Past grants have included the purchase of:

  • robotics
  • math technology
  • smartboards
  • construction of an outdoor classroom
  • creation of a sensory room for autistic students…

Grants with a STEM focus will be given priority, but such focus is not required.  Each school may submit ONE grant application.  Application must be submitted by the Principal directly to the Foundation.

2017 grants have been awarded.  2018 grant applications will be opened mid-March 2018.
