Washington High School Class of 2023 year end festivities are fast approaching! Please help the graduating seniors celebrate in a safe, drug & alcohol free event when the dance concludes. ANY WHS Senior may attend Post Prom, they need not attend the dance to participate! Post Prom is a FREE and CHAPERONED after-party with food, games, and lots of prizes!
The event is funded entirely through monetary donations. It is a long-standing WHS tradition that families of Freshman, Sophomores, & Juniors help by “paying it forward” with a contribution, as well. The Post Prom committee is very budget focused and always leaves funds available for the next class to get their party started next year!
We welcome gifts of any amount, and your donation to the WHS Post Prom account at the Cedar Rapids Community School Foundation is fully tax-deductible. We can also accept a matching gift if your employer has this program. All donors will be acknowledged in the program at Senior Recognition Night on April 24, 2023. Partnering with the Foundation has provided the committee with financial oversight and administrative assistance to ensure longevity for years to come.
